Today we learn a new clef and it's a C clef, i dont't really know when do we use C clef. Mr.Herry wrote the notes and showed us their position in the bar and lines. I copied it into my music book so I won't forget about it.Then as usual we where ask to change from G clef to C clef. I think it was very simple and easy. Some of my friends were asked to go to the front and write their transcription as I watched them.After that mr.herry played ardhito's composition. Since most of us are using the Finale 2010 software, Mr.Herry can't open it. he then gave us some tips to change it into a midi file. We all are asked to save our Finale 2010 document as a MIDI file and send it to Mr.Herry. i hope i didn't forget to do it

Today in music class we have a exercise about the music notation all the rest and stuff like that. I did it very well and really quick because I have understood it and have learned it before.. After that Mr.Herry wrote a song in the treble clef and asked us to change it into bass clef. I also did it very well and quick because I have long mastered the reading of both clefs, so I know where to put which notes.and also i have gave my hard copy of the finale

Today we were supposed to give the hard copy of our composition in Finale,but i forgot to print it so i only gave the file and i don't think my composition is good. if put the chords and have no trouble because mr.herry already gave some tips. In theory class, I copied my composition with its chords to a new and tidy paper to be submitted to Mr.Herry. I also did the reflection at the back page of the paper regarding composing my ABACA rondo. i will give the hard copy next week

Today in class Mr.Herry asked us to put the chords so it will make the song more lively.and after he gave some example it really does makes a big changes. After that he taught us about bass clef and then some of us have to right the correct place where to put the note on the whiteboard . I did it very well because i've learned it before.

Today in music class Mr.Herry showed us some tips on the finally. because most of us having some trouble with the finale and also the file can't be opened by mr.herry because we have the newer version of the finally.i'm also having some trouble with the bars. so he teach us and give some times, and now i know already how to use the finale.So as soon as i get home i will fixed the problem in my finale

Today we hear the composition from our friends. Jody,Brian and reinhart write their A part of the composition and Mr.herry played the piano. Then we start doing the B part to make it better with a different kind of pattern. I think did it very well with some changes i've made. I will practice that song in the saxophone and also continue making the C part.

Today i was very sad because i forgot to finish my task and didn't update my blog since february.So i spent 15 minutes of theory class in the library, and since i have only a view minutes i couldn't finish a single post.so i will have to finish it at home as soon as i got home, than we learn to make our own composition but this time we can use the half sign notes

Today in music class I did the second music theory test that's about the history of classical & popular music as well as the major scales, major minor triads, and chord inversions.The test looks the same and i don't have any idea why do we need to do that. I've studied well from the previous test so I did very good, although some question about the history is confusing.

Today in music class I did the music theory test about major minor scales and their triads and inversions. I've understand the topic so it won't be a big problem, so I know what notes to be turned into "sharp" or "flat" in order to keep up with the 1-1-half-1-1-1-half scheme. In the last section of the test, there are also some questions about the history of classical & popular music, well in this one i have some small problem but i think i can pull it through. so overall I think did very well, Before splitting into instrument class, Mr.Herry explained to us about the Finale software which we're gonna use to compose our composition

Finally it's the first day of music class for term 4. Today, we reviesed again about some of the stuffs we learned in term 3, like the different types of major scales and also their triads, like the 1st inversion and 2nd inversion. I did it very well because I already have a deep understanding regarding this topic. Still i need to study for the test about scale

Today is the last day of music class for this term*wohooooww*. We were asked by Mr.Herry to do a feedback on him and his teachings. i gave a good and bad feedback so it's balance, and how he can improve his teachings to be better. and then he make us read it randomly in front of the class. then we watched the make up assessment by Disha, Fira, and Ika because they were absent during the assessment day. The last thing Mr.Herry taught in theory class now is more major minor scales with their triads.

Today is the assessment day for playing our own popular song composition. i forgot what song did i played but i don't think i played it very well because i didn't feel relaxed i don't know why.i hope i can get a passing score

WOHOWW!!! today is my birthday!!!

So Today in music class Mr.Herry explained to us about some other major scales F major, Bb major, Eb mjor, and Ab major. he explained it so detailed like where should we place the "flat" sign in the note and drew it on the board for us. After that he also showed us about the major and minor chords of those scale and told us about which notes should be changed to "flat" in order to get the proper minor/major sound of the chords. I will learn and practice these chords and scales.

Today in music class was cancelled the assessment that us playing our own popular song composition using the AA'BA' form. It's because most of us haven't practiced the song.well that include's me, my song was hard which means i have to redo again. After that Mr.Herry did the checking of our blog in front of us.i have to say my blog sucks because i didn't update it. He also showed us about the Music Developmental Workbook that we have to do,i hope that i can update my blog everyday.

Today in music class I did the assessment that is playing a classical music.I was forced to play eventough my hand is still not healed, my song was very different than the other woodwinders mind was very easy and i just learn it right before mr.herry say my name, I feel a bit nervous so there's some mistake. I will improve myself in playing classical music with no mistake at all.

Today in music class we all did the rehearsal for our classical repertoire.Well everyone except me because my hand is broke so i'm the only one without any work, in the class my friend perform our classical music with their own instrument in front of the class. I will practice at home to play it according to the music sheet so when the assessment day comes, I'll be perfectly ready.

So today i heard my friends playing their classical song with their instruments they were all good, and i can't play my sax because my instruments is in the locker and my right hand got injured, i hope that i can find easy classical music for the saxophone using only my left hand

Today I have make a lyric in my final melody.I don't like making the lyrics because it has to be sang with the same song that we created and it was damn hard so i just hope that my teacher give a passing score

Today Mr.Herry explained us about how to make a melody, and i make 32 bars before it was only 8.I understand the technique on how to create a melody but still i got confused but i've already tried my best.Next i will change some of the note and paste it into the final draft

Today I haven't submit my booklet because I didn't bring. Today I also have learned about how to compose a melody,it's quite interesting because we know how did the composer create a melody and next I will learn how to compose a good melody.

i felt really nervous because i know i don't have a good voice,
